This kit contains the components from the Diffuser Delete as well as the Complete EGR Delete kit. So if you aren’t ready or a full delete yet, but want the piece of mind that comes from removing the EGR diffuser tube. This is the kit for you. The diffuser delete is only necessary if you plan to leave the actual cooler in place.
