This Kit Completely eliminates the possibility of coolant leaking in to your intake because of a failed EGR cooler. This kit will work with a Hot Tune, Offroad, Stage One Tune. Even when the EGR cooler is shut off with a tune, there is still coolant flowing through it. If it starts leaking internally. The coolant could still make its way in to your engine through the tube that connects it to the intake. This kit allows you to remove that tube and block off the places where it mounts.

Installation is quick and fairly simple. You will need an 8mm and 10mm socket. Remove the engine cover. The intake tube from the filter box to the engine. and the large chunk of foam that sits on top of the diffuser tube to be removed. Remove the 10mm bolts from the end of the tube that attaches to the EGR cooler. Remove the 8mm bolts that attach the tube to the intake. Install the No Eco plate on the intake with the supplied stainless steel socket head cap screws. These use a 5mm Allen wrench. Install the plate on the EGR cooler with the bolts that original held the tube on. Reinstall the foam, intake tube and the plastic cover on the top of the engine. Install is complete.

NOTE: Use of this kit requires aftermarket tuning as does the EGR delete kit.

The name of this kit has been changed from Stage 1 to avoid confusion when ordering.
