New kit! This kit allows you to keep your tuned off egr cooler attached to the engine and exhaust but removed the diffuser tube and comes with plates to block off the coolant flow to the cooler itself. Even a tuned off cooler will allow coolant loss when it fails. With this kit, you will no longer lose coolant and its relatively easy to put it back to stock when you’re ready to take it to the dealer for warranty work. This kit is great for anyone that is losing coolant and doesn’t want their truck sitting at the dealer waiting for the updated cooler to be available. This will required a stage one tune to maintain driveability. Removing the diffuser tube without a tune results in a check engine light and sluggishness.

The small plates bolt between the cooler and the fittings and simply block the flow. Re use the stock gaskets between the hose and the plates. There’s no need for a gasket on the egr side. This kit will work on RAM AND JEEP eco diesels.
